He is survived by: his wife Sally Pratt; his daughters, Sandra Pratt of Ogdensburg and Sheila McCabe (Thomas) of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Matthew Lozano (Cristian) of Kansas and Marissa McCabe of Ogdensburg; and his sister Mary Anne Skelly (Edward) of Ogdensburg. He is also survived by Many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
