He was predeceased by: his son Brendan Lynch (Joyce Erica); his grandson Cody James Holland; his brothers, Paul J. Lynch and John Robert Lynch; his niece Ann Lynch; his nephew Peter Lynch; his parents, Joseph Lynch and Amy Lynch (Boyd); and his former wife Katherine Gilbert.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lynch (Heagle); his children, Peter D. Lynch, Stephen Seibel and Jennifer Dashnaw; his grandchild Kelsey Reynertson (Shane); his daughter Katherine Lynch; his grandson Josh Lynch (Emily); his son Andrew Lynch; his grandchildren, Geron Lynch, Maddy Lynch and Elizabeth Lynch; his daughter Colleen Lynch; his grandchild Cedar Holland; his daughter Elizabeth Anderson (Dustin); his grandchildren, Jacob Anderson and Breanna Anderson; his daughter Trisha Culligan (Mike); his grandchildren, Sloane Culligan, Colin Culligan and Teagan Culligan; his daughter Alisha Mullarney (Rob); his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Madeline and Mary; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Lynch and Helen Lynch (Sonee). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
