He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy K. and Marge Brown. He is survived by: his parents, Ty Smith and Chris Smith; his fiancé Jessicalee Hollis; his children, Andrew Ty Smith, Tanner Mitchell Smith and Adeline Rose Smith; his siblings, Jenifer Zoeller (Jeffrey) and Aaron Smith (Shelby); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor Smith, Jackson Zoeller, Sage Smith and Steven Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many lifelong friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (500 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ty's memory to the Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club.
