He was predeceased by: his brothers, Maynard C. Bouchard and James D. Bouchard; and his parents, George W. Bouchard and Nila J. Blair Bouchard. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary R. Cota (Berton) of Canton, NY, George W. Bouchard, Jr. of Plattsburgh, NY, Charles F. Bouchard of San Antonio, TX and Earl J. Bouchard of Syracuse, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
