He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miner and Marion Miner (Spicer). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Miner of Ogdensburg, NY; his stepson Eric Shatrau of Vermont; his granddaughter Kylee Shatrau; and his sisters, Cheryl Humbolt of Alabama and Dawn Carter of Alabama.
