He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dishaw; his sons, Steven Hawes of Ogdensburg and Mark Hawes (Tina) of Ogdensburg; and his great grandchildren, Jordan (Brooke Hawes) of Ogdensburg, Laken (Justin Hammer) of Tampa and Melanie (Joseph Barron) of Spring Hill, FL.
