He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bellinger and Helen Bellinger (Grey); his siblings, Jim Marvin and Karen Marvin Perry; and also Andrea Bellinger.
He is survived by: his sons, Peter "Tom" Bellinger (Elaine) of Ogdensburg and Robert "Jake" Bellinger (Angela) of Cape Vincent; his grandchildren, Jack, Julie, Charlee, Oliver and Penelope Bellinger; and his siblings, Steven Bellinger of Texas, Joseph Bellinger of Florida and Christina Grabb of Sodus Point, NY.
