He was predeceased by: his siblings, Loren, Robert, Harold, Donald Perry, Eva Shaver, Blanche LaFave, Janet Fisher, Sally Braido (John), Hazel Lumbard and Donna Pearson; and his parents, Harold Perry and Jeanette Perry (Crowder).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly E. Perry of Ogdensburg, NY; his children, Melvin Perry of Ogdensburg, NY and Nancy Measheaw (Adam) of Ogdensburg, NY; his sisters, Iva Roush (Roy) of Pennsylvania and Susan Thomas of Hannibal, NY; and his child-in-law Beverly E. Johnston. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
