She was predeceased by: her brother Joseph "Sonny" Walker; her son-in-law Richard "Pee Wee" Edwards; her parents, Ezra Walker and Irene Walker (Carriere); and her husband Louis A. of Montana.

She is survived by: her children, Cherie Edwards of Fulton, NY, Sue Shatrau (Richard) of Fulton, NY, Joseph of Fulton, NY, Steven (Cindy) of Fulton, NY and Thomas (Mary Jo) of Ogdensburg, NY. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations may be made in Marie's memory to the Notre Dame Heritage Fund, 125 Ford Ave, Ogdensburg, NY, 13669.
