He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Beard and Elva Beard; his former wife Charlotte Dishaw; his sister Phyliss Reese; his son Andrew Beard; his stepdaughter Diane Kerry; and his pets, Raider, Tanna and Foxy.
He is survived by: his fiancée Nina Kerry; his children, Mike, Mark, Dan, Tina, Loren Beard Jr., Matt, Kathy Beard of Massena, NY, Jeff Kerry, Virginia and Angie Kerry of Evans Mills, NY.; and his siblings, Lloyd (Teresa Beard) of Indiana, David (Sue Beard) of Indiana, Beverly Davis of Indiana and Inez Prosser (Bob) of Indiana. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
