She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Tulip and Barbara L. Tulip (Pelow). She is survived by: her daughters, Lily Marie Fassett and Brooke Ann Schulte; her son-in-law Shane M. Schulte; her siblings, Lisa L. Tulip of Ogdensburg, John W., George A. Tulip (Lorie) of Ogdensburg and Matthew M. Ryan of Auburn, NY; and her former spouse Thomas Fassett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
