He was predeceased by: his parents, Gideon Pliner and Aileen Pliner (Pauls). He is survived by: his daughters, Autumn Katura of Ogdensburg and Holly Pliner of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Trent Katura, Amaya Vanlew and Addison Law; his brother-in-law Dale Earl (Synda McNeiley); his nephew Brian Earl; and his niece Shannon Earl.
