He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Shaver and Mildred Shaver Sr. (Abbott); and his siblings, Irwin Shaver Jr., Charles Shaver and Suzanne Storie.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Shaver; his children, Amy Baxter (Jason) of Ogdensburg, Keith Shaver Jr. (Heather) of Ogdensburg, Dinal Jones (Maurice) of Fredericksburg, VA and Donald Stransky of Dekalb Junction; his grandchildren, Daniel Ashlaw, Brittany Ashlaw, Meghan Shaver, Keith Michael Shaver, Jhenna Baxter, Blane Baxter and Blake Baxter; and his sister Sally Lovely.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A masonic service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
