We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2023, at the age of 81, Judith C. Ryan of Ogdensburg, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Carrie Ryan Lazar; her siblings, Iona Arquiett, Eleanor Tulip, Agnes "Angie" R. Huse, John Casey and Frank Casey; and her parents, James F. Cree and Theresa Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Terrence W. Ryan of Ogdensburg; her children, Sara Ryan of Clarksville, TN and Garth Ryan (Molly) of Ogdensburg, NY; and her grandchildren, Richard Ryan (Sheila) of Fair Haven, NY, Eva Lazar Oles (Captain Jay) of Kansas City, MO, Ian Lazar of Manlius, NY, Louie Salin of Potsdam, Coby and Sloane Ryan of Ogdensburg, NY. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
