He was predeceased by: his son Montana Jay Measheaw; his father Bernard Measheaw; and his brothers, Gary Measheaw, Jeffrey Measheaw and Adam Measheaw.

He is survived by: his children, Justin Measheaw of Rome, NY and Brittany Measheaw of Norwood, NY; his mother Linda Measheaw (Clark); his siblings, Bernard Jr. (Kate West) of Lisbon, NY, Chris Measheaw (Terrah Kelly) of Lisbon, NY, Lynn Measheaw (George Brooks) of Richville, NY, Helen Middlemiss (Robert) of Ogdensburg, NY and Mary Bevins of Ogdensburg, NY; and his former spouse Kim Welch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
