He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis L. "Pee Wee" Hughes, Sr. and Joan Sinnott; and his aunt Sharon M. McDonald. He is survived by: his brother John C. Hughes (Dorrie Maitland) of Syracuse, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
