She was predeceased by: her father Harold Alguire; her sister Mary Jane Gagnon; her half-sister Anita Billings; her foster sister Christine Hooper; her mother Betty Hazelton; and her spouse Willie C. Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Nickole Miller (Doug Snider) of Ogdensburg, NY; her grandsons, Arthur Baker III (Ashley McDevitt) of Ogdensburg, NY and Aric Baker of Ogdensburg, NY; and her great-grandparent Addison Paige. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
