He was predeceased by: his brother John; his girlfriend Sandra Downing; and his parents, James F. Dishaw and Lois Dishaw (Russell). He is survived by: his children, James Dishaw (Lisa) of Boston and Jessica Dvornski (Tyler) of Lisbon; his siblings, Judith Brossoit of Ocala, FL and James Dishaw of Nebraska; his grandchildren, Quentin, Mary, John Dishaw of Boston and Cade Dvornski of Lisbon; and his former wife Mary Lou Dishaw. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family has requested no flowers.
