It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Darlene Madlin (Ogdensburg, New York), who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Emma Waldo Bice and Erwin Knolan Bice; her siblings, Janet M. Shatraw, Lillian E. Masters, Maxine G. Davis, Sandra D. Tynan and George F. Bice (Gig); and her half-brother James Bice.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Emily Madlin, Nolan and Madeline Swinwood; her siblings, Rev. Norman A. Bice (Joyce) of De Peyster, NY, Dr. Garry R. Bice (Juanita Bice) of Paducah, KY, Nancy (Allan Bell) and Sonja (Donald Wolfe); and her brother-in-law Bryan Tynan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
