He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Geraldine McGowan; his children, Kelly McGowan of Ogdensburg and Marc McGowan of Chicago, IL; his grandson Cormac McGowan of Chicago, IL.; and his parents, George McGowan and Margaret McGowan (Tyson). He was also cherished by one of eleven brothers and sisters.
