It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Robert Whalen (Ogdensburg, New York), who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Edward and Miriam Bushnell Whalen; his wife Mary Margaret Patricia Alberry of Brockville; his children, Robert (Cindy), Michele (Val), Jo Anne (Jeannie), Timothy (Cindy), Bridget (Charlie) and Catherine; his brother Richard (Beverly); his sister-in-law Stella Alberry; his sister Norma McDonald; his granddaughter Jaime Whalen; and his son-in-law Todd Marcelletta. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
