He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Spriggs; his siblings, William "Bill" Spriggs and Linda Robinson; and his mother Helene W. Spriggs (LaLonde). He is survived by: his wife Gayle Spriggs of Ogdensburg, NY; his children, Joshua Spriggs (Melissa) of Buffalo, NY and Morgan Barr (Josh) of Ogdensburg, NY; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Spriggs, Sophie Barr, Owen Spriggs and Drake Barr; and his siblings, Judy Lesperance of Ogdensburg, NY and Tim Spriggs of Ogdensburg, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
