She was predeceased by: her parents, Garry De and Eleanor Van De (De Vries). She is survived by: her husband Edward Dykshoorn; her children, Kimberly Garippa (Matthew) of Southport, NC, Greg Dykshoorn (Tara) of Odessa, Kayla Kelly (Matthew) of Montour Falls, Steven Dykshoorn of Erwin and Thomas Dykshoorn (Nigel) of Dryden; her grandchildren, Lilli, Hudson, Finnley, Jaxson and Wesley; and her siblings, Elaine Malda (Jack) of Cato, Garry Van De (Joan), Cheryl Schwarz (Peter) of Newburgh, Roy Van De (Henrietta) of Geneseo, Darlene De Vries (Douglas) of Geneseo, James Van De (Rosemary) of Geneseo and David Van De Weert of Geneseo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends, and her church family.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Montour Falls United Methodist Church (128 Owego St, Montour Falls, NY 14865).
