He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Burgess and Sheila Burgess; his wife Susan Burgess of Odessa, NY; his children, Oisin Burgess of El Paso and Sheila Klemann (Stephen) of Watkins Glen, NY; his siblings, Laura Mathews (Ronald) of Montour Falls, Rory Burgess (Rosemary) of Dublin, Caroline Kavanaugh (late Noel Kavanaugh) of Ireland and Lynn LaGrue (Peter) of Ireland; his grandchildren, Alexis Naylor, Aislinn Klemann, Alannah Klemann, Aubrey Klemann, Tye Burgess and Riley Vasquez; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Caleb Vasquez. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
