He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Zimmer; his children, Scott J. Lewis, Sr. (Julie) of Scio, Kevin Lewis of Batavia, Jeremiah Zimmer of Montour Falls, Kaitlyn Lewis (Justin Lawrence) of Hammondsport and Heather Bailey (Matthew) of Batavia; his siblings, Timothy Lewis of Odessa, Richard "Dan" Lewis of Wellsville and Cindy Blakeslee (John) of Wellsville; and his niece Kelly Smith. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
