He was predeceased by: his parents, Josiah Wyre and Lena Wyre; and his brothers, Edward, Josiah and William (Agnes).
He is survived by: his children, Frances Sample (Robert), Penny Russell (David), Shirley O'Dea (Charlie Wilson), Frank Wyre, Jr., Edward Wyre (Gail), Wilma Wyre, Karen Murphy, Debra Alexander (Ronald), David Wyre, John Wyre (Lori) and Barbara Miller (David). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
