He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kmiotek and Philomena Kmiotek. He is survived by: his wife Rosetta; his daughter Joann; his son-in-law Benny; his granddaughters, Angela, Brianna and Gina; and his great grandchildren, Mia and John.
