He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Claudia (Steve), Allison (Garrick) and Diana (Dan); his grandchildren, Skylar, Hayden, James and Elodie; his brother Wayne; and also, Sharon, JoAnn, Gail, Lawrence and Ronald.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to fund the New York Blood Center.
