He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughter Courtney Ryerson; his son-in-law Stephen Ryerson; his daughter Kristina Rieder; his son-in-law Michael Rieder; his grandchildren, Casey, Stephen, Paige, Colin and Luke; his brother Buddy Tomaini of Florida; his sister-in-law Janice; his stepbrother Santo Tomaini; his sister-in-law Lisa; his stepbrother Chris Tomaini; and his brother-in-law Bob. He is also survived by children, his many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Towers Funeral Home Inc. (2681 Long Beach Rd, Oceanside, NY 11572). A burial was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 91 Eads St, West Babylon, NY 11704.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the MADD Organization (https://secure.madd.org) in Steven's memory.
