With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard John Tirado of Oceanside, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Tirado and Joseph Tirado of Oceanside, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Anthony and Bryan; and his siblings, Frederick, Anthony, Michael and Lisa.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Towers Funeral Home Inc. (2681 Long Beach Rd, Oceanside, NY 11572). A Mass was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the St Anthonys RC Church (110 Anchor Ave, Oceanside, NY 11572). A burial was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
