He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Morris and Frances Morris (Distler); and his sisters, Bethley McKinney and Joan Manzler (late Henry "Bud"). He is survived by: his wife Karen Morris (Johnson). He is also survived by children.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for distribution to various charities.
