He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber W. Werth and Katherine I. Ruck Werth; his brother-in-law Raymond Burger; and his nephew Justin Burger. He is survived by: his wife Dawn M. Betties Werth; his sister Kay Burger; his children, Greg Werth Freeman (Amy), Steven Werth (Trisha), Dawn Stoll (Mike), Lance Werth (Michelle), Jim Emery (Brianne), Jenn Cascell (John) and Michael Betties (Brian); his grandchildren, Lauren, Will, Tony, Miah, Mason, Austin, Brady, Colton, Michael, Brittny, Ryan, Ellie and Jamison; his nephew Brandon Burger (Liz); and his aunts, Mary, Rosalie and Elaine. He is also survived by several cousins and lifelong friends.
