He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Rowley and Marie E. Rowley (Gillmeister); and his sister Barbara A. Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Constance M. Rowley (Gould); his daughter Joanne E. Caton-Frank (Ken Frank); his granddaughters, Rachel J. Caton and Emily M. Caton; his daughter Jennifer L. Ficcaglia (Joseph Jr.); his grandsons, Joseph Ficcaglia III and John Ficcalglia; and his sister Jeanne Meland (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
