He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Ludwig and Irene Ludwig; and his siblings, Sandra Cooke, Daniel Ludwig and Jean Pierson.

He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemarie Stolt and Patricia Reydner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations may be made in Franklin's memory to the Brain Injury Association of America P.O. Box 7416 Merrifield, VA 22116-7416.
