She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol L. Geise and James B. Geise; her husband Carl I. D'Angelo; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Wise (late Paul). She is survived by: her children, Jamie Smith (Jason) of Adamstown, MD, Gina D'Angelo of Washington, D. C. and Joseph D'Angelo (Sabrina) of Rochester, NY.; her grandchildren, Lincoln and Tatum Smith; her siblings, Linda Leopold (Ray) of Kalispell, MT and Jeff Geise of Attica, NY.; and her sister-in-law Mary Jo Nicholls (late Gary). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burdett & Sanford Funeral Home (11 Maple Ave, Oakfield, NY 14125). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Cecilia's Cemetery (56 Maple Ave, Oakfield, NY 14125).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
