He is survived by: his children, Shannon Smith of Rochester and Dale Jr. Buck (Brittany); his grandchildren, Taylor and Jordan Smith; his caregiver Patricia Lacey (family: Frances, Kelly, John, Cristina) of Oakfield; his stepmother Betty Buck; and his sisters, Janice (Tim) and Carrie (Randy).
