Albertina B. Kornow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albertina B. Kornow (Oakfield, New York), who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Anauo and Zada Johnson Anauo; her daughter Faith Ward; her grandson Zachary Ward; and her siblings, Graydon Anauo, Millard Anauo, Alton Spencer and Sherrell Anauo.
She is survived by: her husband Wallace J. Kornow of Oakfield; her children, Brent Kornow (Julie) of Scottsville and Lynnette Kornow (Theodore King) of Alabama; her stepson Jeffery Kornow of Melbourne, Florida; her grandchildren, Brianne Clor of Oakfield, Eric Sprague of Alabama, Jason Kornow of Tennessee and Erin Kornow (Josh Watson) of Lyndonville; and her great grandchild Leeland Watson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burdett & Sanford Funeral Home (11 Maple Ave, Oakfield, NY 14125).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Activities Fund at the New York State Veterans Nursing Home, 220 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, New York 14020.
