She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cushman and Helen Cushman; and her sister Grace Halversen. She is survived by: her husband Paul Bouchard; her children, Paul Bouchard (Ann), Bryan Bouchard (Karen) and Marie Gouldsbury (Michael); her grandchildren, Robert, Kurtis (Stephanie), Travis, Byron (Elissa), Maelee, Raelyn Bouchard, Matthew Morris and Alexis Gouldsbury; and her great grandchild Ryder Laird.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Homes (245 Main St, West Sayville, NY 11796). A prayer was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (117 Carleton Ave, Islip Terrace, NY 11752).
