He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Puckett and Alice Puckett (Clifford). He is survived by: his close friend John Bowens; his grandchildren, Josh, Jodie, Princess Joy, Chris, Brittney, Bo, Little Tracey, Tristen, Cassie, Connor, Josie and Dara; his siblings, Roger, Robert, Jeffrey, JoAnn Cox and Pauline Colmer; his niece Paula Horn (Rick); and his nephew Rodney Bishop. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
