Lower and Christina M. Lower; his grandson Cooper D. Lower-Morgan; and his siblings, Robert Lower (Roberta), Gary H. Lower Sr. (Debra) and Deborah Kalwara (Raymond). He was also cherished by several Aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews.
