She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Hawkins and Willie Mae Hawkins; her husband Phillip Raymond Bullock (Phil); her grandchildren, Raymond, Austin, Tre, Tatiana, Andrew and Jordan; her son-in-law Keith; her siblings, Norma, Dianne (James), Vickie, Vivan, Ellen and Kervin; her aunt Gertha Eubanks; and her sister-in-law Mable. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Charles AME Zion Church or United Hospice of Rockland, Breast Cancer research Foundation.
