She was predeceased by: her sons, Craig Shapiro, Courtney Smith, Jr. and Jimmy Smith. She is survived by: her son Keith Shapiro (JinHee) of Central Valley, N. Y.; her brother Rich Kolb; her daughters, Karen Mulligan (Maryann Smith) and Christine Smith; and her grandson Michael Shapiro. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren round out the extended family.
