He was predeceased by: his parents, David Deacon and Marguerite Deacon; and his brother William Deacon. He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew, Nancy, Janet and Julie; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Fickes, Darryl Owens and Paul Rozenfeld. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
