He was predeceased by: his parents, Dulcie Sulzbach (Gale) and Robert Sulzbach; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his pet Harley; his wife Melinda Kammerer Sulzbach; his son Evan; his siblings, Kurt (Suzanne), Andy (Bonnie), Dan (Denise) and Sue (Phil); and his brother-in-law Mark Kammerer (Roseanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
