He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Edwards and Sarah Francis Edwards; his siblings, Elsie Dixon, James Henry Edwards, Joseph Thomas Edwards and McKinley Edwards; his daughter Lisa Copeland; his wife Edna Edwards; his siblings, Walter Gould (Pop) of Chestnut Ridge, NY and Rosetta Hardy of Chesapeake; his children, Sharon Thompson of Suffolk, VA, Warren Darnell Harrison of Hartford, CT, Gwendolyn Hill, Fay Pettiford (William) of Spring Valley, NY, Elsie Edwards of Fort Lee, NJ and Percell Edwards Jr. (Marshalett) of Dallas, TX.; his granddaughters, Tanisha, Klunita, Mercedes, Eva, Melina, Shanice, Lexus, Aaliyah and Eden; his great grandchildren, Tawan, Dereon, Darius, Denzel, Mekhi, Darin, Carter, Brycen, Xavier, Adonis, Taylor, Kayla and Karter; his goddaughter Shavonne Fonvil; his son Deacon Johnny McKinley; his close friends, Jimmy Epps of Spring Valley, NY, Deacon Joseph Jenkins of Charleston and Shirley Wilson; and his nephew Anthony Gould. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, brothers/sisters-in-law, family and friends.
