He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Berthiaume Leal; his stepfather Jeffrey Etzkin of East Greenwich, RI; his father Michael J. Leal of Oakham, MA; and his stepbrother Daniel Haddad of Worcester, MA.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
