We bid farewell to Murray Shor (Nyack, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2025 at the age of 93. Murray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Ann Shor; his parents, Sol Shor and Edith Shor; his sister Esther; his brother-in-law Mike LaBarbera; his brother Seymour Shor (Cy); and his children, Joyce Shor Johnson (David), Tama Shor Beck (Bruce) and Mort Shor (Leslie).
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Benjamin, Paisley and Madelynn; and his stepbrother Alan Black.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM and on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:45 PM. A shiva will be held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Reform Temple of Rockland (330 N Highland Ave, Nyack, NY 10960).
