He was predeceased by: his mother Rosie M. Congress; his grandmother Pearleena Harris; his stepgrandfather Gullie Frank Harris; and his stepmother Shirley M. Daniel. He is survived by: his father Jerome L. Daniel II of Nanuet, NY; his children, Jakai Dorsey of Birmingham Al, Janaya Daniel of Birmingham Al and Gianni Daniel of Spring Valley, NY; his siblings, Kendrick Congress (Erica) of Madison Al, Darius Daniel of Nanuet, NY, Ashia Congress Clayton of Birmingham Al and Tanisha Daniel of Birmingham Al; and his grandfather Walter Terrell of Linden Al. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and many many friends.
