He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Merriman of Nyack; his children, Anthony, Jarrett, Sharon and Tia (Rick); his grandchildren, Torrey, Kendall, Ashley, Jarrett, Jasmine and Shante'Monique Price; his great grandchildren, Journie, Jude and Joshua Price; and his siblings, Isaac Burnett Jr. James Burnett (Joyce), Samuel Burnett, Sonny Ray Burnett, Larry Burnett (Merlene), Ida Fields-Hill, Mary Floyd (Cliff), Gloria Burnett (Trottman) and Barbara Phelps (Jerome). He is also survived by other In-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
