He was predeceased by: his parent Lissa Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Marie Thomas; his children, Carl Thomas (Morgan Thomas) and Dr. Kimberly Derezil (Jean Derezil); and his grandchildren, Jordyn Derezil, Karter Derezil, Kairo Derezil, Chance Thomas and Maxwell Thomas.
